Individual Therapy
Lynnea Therapy offers Individual Therapy sessions both in-person at our Geneva office and virtually. We incorporate different modalities with a mind, body, spirit approach that support you in living the life you want to create. We believe on meeting you where you are at and working together to uncover what you need.
EMDR Therapy
An evidence and body-based therapy modality used to reprocess stuck emotions, beliefs, memories, and patterns. EMDR is primarily used to treat ptsd, trauma, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and distressing memories.
Yoga
We offer the option of integrating the principles of Yoga (pranayama/breathwork, meditation, asana/movement) with your therapeutic work, either in session or as another individual service. Yoga supports emotional processing, somatic release, recognizing and challenging belief systems, and more.

Yoga and Mental Health Workshops & Trainings
Lynnea Therapy partners with April Waldrop, E-RYT 500, Yoga Therapist of Fearless Living Yoga, Jamie Kruse, LCSW of Torus Therapy, and Tricia Fiske, E-RYT 500, YAECP, Senior Faculty for Tantra Yoga Alchemy to provide workshops and trainings for yoga teachers, therapists, social workers, educators, and mental health professionals interested in understanding the interplay of Yoga and Mental Health and how to apply the tools of yoga to support mental health.
