  • Yoga for Mental Health

Lynnea Therapy partners with April Waldrop, E-RYT 500, Yoga Therapist of Fearless Living Yoga, Jamie Kruse, LCSW of Torus Therapy, and Tricia Fiske, E-RYT 500, YAECP, Senior Faculty for Tantra Yoga Alchemy to provide workshops and trainings for yoga teachers, therapists, social workers, educators, and mental health professionals interested in understanding the interplay of Yoga and Mental Health and how to apply the tools of yoga to support mental health.

Each training blends the wisdom of yoga with evidence-based mental health interventions, offering an experiential and accessible framework for healing that addresses body, mind, and spirit.

By combining Yoga and Mental Health, we address every layer of a person's being. We can help individuals process emotions that arise on the mat, recognize and challenge deeply ingrained belief systems. This integrated approach allows individuals to reach their full potential and access higher levels of consciousness that may not be possible without a combined effort.

New workshop and training offerings coming soon. Come back for more details. Inquiries can be sent to info@lynneatherapy.com.
