We offer the option of integrating the principles of Yoga
Pranayama (Breathwork)
Meditation
Asana (Movement)
into your individual therapy sessions or as stand alone sessions.
By blending the ancient wisdom of yoga with evidence-based mental health interventions we offer healing that addresses body, mind, and spirit.

Integrating Yoga into Therapy
We offer the option of incorporating Yoga principles (meditation, pranayama/breathwork, and asana/gentle movement) into your traditional talk therapy sessions. This may be in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, or other somatic-based modalities. The ancient practice of Yoga is a somatic-based modality.
This supports your mental health by building present moment awareness, regulating the nervous system, releasing stuck emotions, and more.
Individual Yoga Sessions
Personalized Yoga Sessions to support your mental health.
These are separate from traditional therapy sessions and serve as a complement to your therapeutic work. Sessions are personalized and focus on what you need, allowing you to expand your Yoga practice.
60 minutes: $70
90 minutes: $100
4 pack of sessions: $250
These sessions are Self-Pay. HSA, FSA, or Health Savings funds may be used.
